Hi Kids!

I know I haven't been around much lately. Life has a funny way of getting in the way of your fun, doesn't it? Anyway, I won't be having any more visitors for a while, so, barring any unforseen internet outages, I should be a bit more regular about updating from here on out.

My parents were in town as a part of their "farewell tour" this past weekend. Did I mention that they are moving to Italy for 2 years? Well, they are. I think it's pretty cool, even if I'm a little worried about them. They'll be fine, I'm sure, but they're just a little too comfortable in their American lifestyle these days. Like I said, they'll be fine and they'll have fun in spades, but I still think they're in for a rough adjustment period. Oh well...with any luck, I'll be visiting them this summer. Free digs in Italy...how cool is that?

Umm...what else is going on? Oh yeah! I have some good news to announce soon, but I don't want to jinx things. So, I'm not going to talk about it until the deal is completely done. Anyway, once it's over and done with, it's good news, so wait for it.

I'm going to see Interpol in DC next Saturday. That should be cool. I promise a full report after the show.

I ran into Isadora and her parents out in the park this weekend. I was so surprised to see someone I know, in that park, at that time of day who was ALSO with their parents, that I was completely rude and said this pathetically lame "Hi...good to see you" kind of thing and walked off. Not a good greeting for a good friend. Oh well...sorry Isa...I still love ya. Don't worry, it wasn't because you smell.
