Just got back from Best P.I.C. Tattoos. My friend J.D. is the tattoo artist there. I'm getting a new tattoo on Tuesday. My 88 year old grandfather has pneumonia right now, I think he's gonna pull through but it reminded me that a couple years ago I took some pictures of his tattoo he got in WWII. I was gonna get it tattooed on me so I brought the photos in to J.D. today. I've never been tattooed by him but I've seen his work and it's good, and I know him so it's cheaper than going back to Stainless. Anyways the tat is an oldschool dagger with the bust of a woman as the handle. It looks like shit now, it's 60 years old but we're gonna try to make it look like it would have originally if my grandfather actually had've gotten it done professionally. This is my grandfather we don't really get along any more. He thinks I'm some pinko that's had it too easy and never worked a day in my life cuz I never learned a trade but he used to be my closest family member. I just wanna get the tattoo before he dies so he can see it and tell me how stupid it was.
