I finally saw Wall-E today. I loved that movie. It has to be the coolest film ever from Disney and one of the cutest movies I have ever seen. That being said, I really can't figure out what all the talk about "left wing propaganda" has been about. I mean, what I got from the movie was a beautiful love story with the message that if we continue down the path of laziness and reliance on computers/machines, we could very well turn this planet into an uninhabitable chunk of space rock. I don't see how that's "left wing." That just seems like a basic ethical/moral lesson: Quit being lazy fucks and take care of the planet you have to live in. I keep forgetting though, that taking care of the planet is a liberal idea. That being the case, does that mean conservative people readily admit that they don't GIVE a shit about the planet? I'm just wondering.

Anyways, Wall-E, fantastic movie, if you haven't seen it, you need to immediately. biggrin
