well.. finally talked to my attorney.. looks like im probably going to luck out with probation and possibly some county jail time.. looks like no prison for me... yet.. *hopes*

went out shooting off shotguns and etc last night with my friend josh and his dad.. seemed like a kinda kewl thing.. got back around 5am this morn.. not sure what is planned out for the day today.. think i might go out and catch a flick or something out of the ordinary.. (i dont tend to watch very many movies.. i dont like to support the mpaa)

eh.. today seems like its actually going to turn out to be a not so shabby day after all =)
