well.. i went and turned myself in on friday night and did a 'self surrender' because of my warrants..

finally released from madison this morning at 6am... the judge told me it seemed like an honest mistake and said i could go and they dropped the warrants..

i still have to take care of my legal issues but thats ok.. im not going to jail.....

well... the day finally came.. i went to court and they decided that they want to put me in jail... =( i am not too happy about that.. =(

well... here we are.. about 8 hours until i go to court and finally sign my plea bargin.. i then find out if i will be getting only probation.. or if they will give me jail/prison time..

well.. here we are again.. went to court the other day... they decided to vacate my plea bargin agreement hearing again... now its on thursday.. they are asking me to testify against my former friend (who actually sold me out and got me into trouble)

if i decide to do it they are telling me i wont get any jail time.... that i'll only get...

ok.. the long awaited day has arrived... although it has come just a pinch over a week early.. my plea bargin hearing has arrived...

yes.. i did decide to take the plea bargin.. things were beginning to look grim.. im guarenteed probation for part of my plea bargin.. but will probably be serving some jail time for a nice part of it too...

well.. another day another dollar.. i need to think of some new startings to this thing.. boring typical saturday.. spent like 6 hours this morning re-formatting and re-installing my ghetto os and programs and etc.. put up a new firewall and downloaded some porn =) so far all i can say is my day cant get any easier than this
