Well, after a wacky time in NYC last week, lots of nightclub work after that and some calm observance of my roomates melting down, things are morphing back to some semblance of peace.
I've got my finances steady, 3 days/nights of work coming and a gig to prepare for on Sept. 9. I need to write more for that one, as I've scheduled a rehearsal with my guys before the date. The music is developing nicely- the trio is very tight, yet able to turn on a dime and highly electric. More to come.
I love the girls currently around me but have yet to find a recent flame. Even a crush is elusive lately. Perhaps I need to play more. I did however, have an exciting time chatting with a particularly devastating (taken) firecracker from the Lonestar State. I hope she is currently rocking along happily as she usually seems to be. O pretty girl. *smile to her*
