Word. What is the cosmic probability that I would have two crazy amazing weekends in a row, both ending in free sundays to fill with sleep and relaxation. It's gotta be in the billions. This kinda shit never happens to me. The city was lovely. I found this lovely painting by Victoria Morton, something like 'me as I really am.' Absolutely beautiful. Reminds me of myself, even the title. Wanted to take a picture of it, but there were too many damn museum guards lurking around. I did get a picture of the Rothko I was especially excited about seeing again. My next goal: find this Morton print!! Why don't they come in the huge canvas size with the brilliant colors you know and love? Guess that's what the museum is for... Yummy.

Found the Morton paining online, still can't buy it... err, the colors are not well represented here. It's so yummy, like bright, delicious, sun-melted crayons.





And so when I told my friend my plans for the day, he commented that I would be celebrating leap day by leaping....s-leaping. Yup, sure did!
