Work is driving me insane right now. The phones won't quit. That wouldn't be a problem if they called one at a time. Only they don't, I have two seperate phone lines that I am in charge of answering here at the front desk. Any time the phone rings, without fail the other phone will start ringing, and if they really love me another call will come through the same line. The person I am on the phone with in the first place invariably has some questoins that can't wait, or we are in the middle of getting a credit card number or something.
On top of that, the main phone line gets phantom calls. They show up on the display different than other calls, so they are easily noticed. That wouldn't be bad if I wasn't always engaged in something else, usually important when they come through. Then I have to drop everything to run to the phone only to find out that it was nothing.
Can't wait till this night is over.
