the shoot yesterday went really well. i felt a little awkward at first, but it got better. i hav no idea how they'll turn out, but Anjuli says we got some nice photos. my original idea didnt fly cuz of some technical difficulties, but i can always try it again in the future. i cant wait to see the result!!!

i weighed myself yesterday, and i have lost 7 lbs since new years. if i keep this up for the next four weeks, i think im gonna contact glenn to shoot a set at the end of March. it'll probably be another couple of months before i see ab muscles.. but i cant wait that long.

Yes VERY good album. Especially since it wasn't all political like everyone's freakin albums for the last 5 years. You know it's cool here and there but there is only so much I can take. SHARE something of yourself with me, don't just get up on a soapbox. I want to see and feel your soul. At least that's how I am about music. The new Protest The Hero is freaking awesome as well. Those guys are all virtuoso geniuses.
