Today had way too much cranky.

I thought I had my cell phone issues resolved, but apparently I don't know when text messages I send don't go through and I haven't been getting at least some messages. I thought I was just being paranoid, thinking my phone was broken because I wasn't getting calls and messages, but no. Over the past six weeks, I've gotten a new SIM card, a new handset, and t-mobile even sent an engineer out to check towers in the area. I called to cancel my service today, and tech support told me to log failed messages for the next 72 hours. I kid you not. I'm playing this little game so that they'll let me out of the contract without the nasty fee. (I hope)

The worst part of today was that I got in trouble for doing the direct transfer thing to my cunt bubble coworker. I said I shouldn't have to take her constant abuse, and I was told that it's a two way street. As if not telling her who is on the phone is abusive. Gah!

Also, my sewing machine needs a tune up. It's having serious tension problems, and I broke three needles! I'm trying to make these felted knit bracelets and I only got a few done before my little motor started locking up. Not good. It's a Kenmore and all the inside parts are metal, so hopefully it shouldn't be too drastic of a problem.

I've been thinking about getting a tattoo over my burn scars. I have a few tattoos that I want, but I think a fortune cookie would be the best for this particular place and purpose. Today I was looking for pictures of fortune cookies to get ideas about graphic representation, and I came across some hilarious fortunes. Seriously, google "fortune cookie." I was going to post some, but I ended up saving about 175 files.

mmm compulsive.

On the plus side, I just watched Date Movie, which is silly and cute. I know those movies aren't good, but they are enjoyable.

Also, I'm actually going to get my new camera on Saturday. I didn't get my bonus when I was expecting it, and when I asked out accountant about it (I was so super scared about asking!), he said he was going by original hire date and not my rehire date (but I didn't get my bonus in March!).

Anyway, I've got a busy weekend coming up and I don't entirely know that I'm up for it. In a big way, I want to get cozy with my knitting and puppy. I know that Wicked will be a lot of fun and I always love Mackinac, but I am weary.
