cleaning the outside = cleaning the inside

I think sometimes the universe speaks to me quite directly, and then I am reassured.

but, honestly, right now I am very sad.

I don't want to act appropriately.

I don't want to be nice.

I don't want to be patient.

or respectful.

or kind.

I don't want to be the bigger person.

I just want to be held, and calmed down, and soothed until I sleep.

yeah, geez, i hate the 'friends' who act like that! i'm sorry you're going through it, though.

and, you can word spew anytime. that's what the internet is for!

sometimes we need to be these things...

s'ok --- we just do it --- consequences come later and can be dealt with.
