it's getting close!

I spent a couple of hours last night trying to set up the payment processing part on the website and I am having timeout issues. very frustrating.

in other news, I'm not going to be a collector anymore! yea! I'm being transferred into the loan funding department, which I am very excited about, because that is a much more positive a versatile job. it's also a pretty natural transition in the finance world, so I actually just opened a whole new door at new companies, should I so desire.

I get to be career girl for a bit here.

oh, also, since I've closed my checking account-- I have money! it's so funny. I'm required to keep a balance in this account that at the credit union I never would have been able to maintain, but for some reason, it's no problem. I have a balance, I have money in my pocket.... my bills are paid (but that has a lot to do with greenpath). my parents were really against me closing it, but I needed to do it. and I'm really glad I took those positive steps.
