I am staying home from work today because of my period.

yesterday, I bled through ultra tampons every three hours. I used to use a diva cup, which is more convenient, less wasteful, and, honestly, more sanitary, but it just didn't hold enough blood. a few months ago I even stopped using tampons and just used those friggin' huge diaper like pads because I bleed so goddamn much.

so I take 1000 mg of iron a day and I drink drink drink gatorade and I still struggle not to pass out when I stand up.

ugh.

I hate this.
