work was mightily insane today. I feel like I'm throwing my scruples to the wind for the sake of doing my job.

I have a straw purchase (a customer who bought a car for someone who couldn't otherwise purchase a vehicle) and the person who has the vehicle skipped. I found her on livejournal.

I have a customer who has nothing but a cell phone-- and he used to be in a frat. so I'm playing sorrority girl to find him.

and another customer who has a cell phone and a place of employment (a factory that won't take personal calls) actually responded to a numeric page, but he hung up when he realized who he had called.

all of these people are going to get charged off, repossessed (if we can find them), sued, attached, and garnished. argh!

judgments in absentia are still judgments, people!

in much, much better news, one of my favorite starving artists made another piece of fan art, but he's posting it on his website on October 8th and so he's asking me to keep it to myself until then. fun! fun!

update: my dollars collected per account is so low that I don't qualify for any bonus at all this month so far. poo.
