a couple of years ago, I went to Venice and made a jaunt over to the Murano glass factory. I used to have a problem with spending money on myself (I have since fixed this problem), but I wanted this glassware and instead of buying a whole set, I decided to be a pleonastic tourist and bought a saucer. while I was in Europe, I spent less than half of the money I had taken with me to spend. boo.

anyway, my brother and sister are going to Europe for two weeks starting on Friday and they will be in Venice. I offered to give them money to get me something from Murano. tonight, my brother asked me, "can't you just order it on-line?"
