I almost had an attack of the spendees at Meijer today. There was a discontinued $70 fryer marked down to $59.50 and a $30 window fan marked down to $20 in my cart. I had almost made it to the checkout when I told myself I really didn't need an 1800W fryer (no matter how cool it would be for cooking hot dogs) and I could survive without another window fan--at least until pay day.
I think I did well. Still spent $65 on food, but food is a NEED, not a "I could really use...".
i'm being really bad and posting while i'm at work. my ride should be here in a little more than an hour, and in the meantime, i can get paid for playing on the computer.
