im at my paretns house and in a hurry so this is not a long update.
moved house at the weekend and so everything is chaotic and the computer has not been set up yet.
race for life was on sunday and i had such a major stress out about it. but it was really good fun and i think i will enter one of cancer researchs 10K events. I ran it it 31.30 which is not too shabby (i was aiming for 30 mins)
