The running is going ok, it felf really hard after having a week off though.

I got some new trainers because my old ones gave me blisters.

my shoes from schuh also arrived - i will take pictures of them soon.

new tattoo soon yay!

GOOD LUCK WITH THE RUNNING!.Get some running socks they improve circulation and avoid cramping.Thats from my legendary cross country running days lol.20 years ago i couldn,t run to answer the phone now!
