You guys I am the best cook ever. And I don't mind if I say so myself!

I love to cook, but tonight a simple meal has just become the yummiest thing I have ever made.

I took a tortilla, spread some refried beans mixed with taco seasoning, sprinked some cheese, onions, red peppers and green peppers inside I rolled them up. Sprinkled cheese all over the top with some more taco seasoning and I baked it in the over for 30 minutes.

I am not very modest.

I have been really sick these last couple of days, but that hasn't kept me away from SG. I went to work for a little while yesterday, but came home early. But today and I went and it was good. The kids make me laugh.
