so, last night, i can't sleep.
and my bleedin' nextdoorneighbors are bumpin' some bass pretty hard. harder than ever. there was yelling earlier. (must have been a tiff of some kind).

it was buggin' me. i was trying to find of ways out of it--what, they WANT me to complain? nah. nah. i've been at clubs, and so tired, where the bass is so much more in my face. it's not the volume in this instance, it's the vibration. and it sounds like there is four on the floor, boot-heavy dancing going on as well.

so. . . i gave myself time to adjust.
and it's okay.
i imagine it's my lover, just in from a stint in europe spinning rekkids. and he's in the studio in our 2nd bedroom creating beats for us.

and suddenly, the noise and the hard-hitting vibes, they don't feel so uncomfy now.

but rather, well comfy.

i wish i could do that more often, with more odd situations. it would add years to my life and lighten so much of my luggage.
