Our b-days are very close!
About 6 years ago I started to believe that the opening of any show I was in was cursed for me because I always got sick, or something strange happened to my appearance, the week before opening.

One year I had an allergic reaction to the stage makeup. Another year ( the convincing year) I woke up two days before opening with the entire left side of my face swollen to thrice the size of the right side.

Looking back it was very funny, but at the time it blew. I really hope the swelling and the fever go down by your b-day!

I've taught other people how to knit. I don't know that I'm a great teacher, but if you're willing to learn, I'm willing to give it a go. There are some pretty fabulous yarn stores in the area!

i'm most likely gonna go to the movies this weekend. i either wanna see The Descent or Snakes on a Plane, maybe even both! ive heard nothing but good things about both movies. plus, there are a couple movies i wanna rent too, glad i have a low key weekend this weekend to catch up on movies!

That's a damn good gripe though. You're right. It is a bit annoying to ask for what is supposed to be a vegetarian pasta only to find little bits of beef in the marinara.
