Had a doctor's appointment today, and I come home and the power is out. Well, fuck. Nothing like not being able to run so much as a fan in 105 degree weather. Blah. But obviously its back on because I don't think my computer runs on ghost spit. Do ghosts spit? I don't know. Or maybe I have heat stroke and I'm just hallucinating that it's back on. Bringing me ice cream is the only way to know for sure... wink

So, I finally finished the bio. It sucks, I hate it, but it's done. I'm still hoping Crispy will swoop in and save the day. Haha... just kidding. Kinda.

If you are unfamiliar, Pike is (IMHO) THE best local band in Cincinnati. Think the Pixies, Juliana Hatfield/Blake Babies, with a sprinkle of They Might Be Giants. They put on a rockin live show, and this should be a good one! If anyone wants to go or meet up, let me know. I need to blow off some steam, and I would love to have some cohorts in my troublemaking. Come on... it's $5. And you know you'd rather hang out with me than that other person you had plans with. Hell, bring them along!

i liked all of your pictures, but the one with gizmo is really cute. i also like the "angry" one. i think it looks pretty playful. you could take a few more like it and then see if one is a more balanced look. all of them are good pictures and you really can't go wrong. writing a bio is always frustrating, but i bet yrs is really good as well! i have to write a blurb for a website and i can't even get started, so i get it. be sure to say when yr magazine comes out!

yr friend is silly for not helping with yr hair! i think its alot of fun to cut hair, especially with a willing victi... i mean, person. wink seriously, i think all short hair is putting stuff in and seeing what happens. sometimes i cut myself, and sometimes i go professional. based on the pictures you posted i imagine you look great with a shaved head so worst case scenario you can do that (i am biased because i love the look, mind).

yes, i will stay here until either may or august, but will still likely move to chicago. thereafter i may try for austraila again. who knows? for now i am looking for affordable studio space. i think i'm going to go with an interactive installation that lasts a few weeks. work in progress.

um, GROSS about the heat. i hope all of that works now! i suspect ghosts spit, but something ephemeral. or maybe they just spit rhymes. tongue

Damn I missed it, the fuck ups at my internet place came out and unhooked my internet on Thursday because they had my address wrong so I had to get all that straitened out and get them to come back out here to fix it, I was not happy, I just got it back today.
