Happy 4th of July!
I didn't do much. I'm not a big Independence Day person. The fireworks scare my dogs and I always sleep too late for the parade. I did make a fabulous dinner though... lettuce cups with peanut encrusted tofu. And a big bowl of cherries for dessert. Yumyum!
I've been working a lot in the studio too lately. I've been working on a new process that turns paper into leather. Well, sort of. Kind of a cool faux leather that can be sewn or whatnot. Made some really neat jewelry with it. I should have pictures soon.
Speaking of which, total props to Sharonaaaaa for going to my shop and buying TWELVE of my cards. You totally rule.
Spike had a Kung Fu marathon on yesterday. That made me happy.
Its hot and my brain is all melty and I can't think of anything else to say. Boo. I'm boring.
Anyhoo... hope everyone had a good 4th and didn't blow off any fingers.
PS... I do have one gripe for today. In this day and age of super computers and telenetworking everything, I find it hard to believe that some electronic bank transfers still take almost a week to "process". I think I need to call bullshit on that ones, guys.
