dude, it's only a raccoon. you did your part in contributing to population control. i think the only thing you could have done was back over the little bastard a few times just to make sure it was dead. instead of laying there. suffering. praying for a semi truck to come finish it off, or for some scavenger to come put it out of it's misery.
