Great Halloween Party last night smile

...and my hand is still sore from carving a Jack O' Lantern earlier in the day...thick pumpkin..and...maybe I could pad the knife handles with tape or something next year..
Should have a couple pics a little later on.

Okay, soo...I've gotten use to the last few SG changes. This time around...seriously? What was wrong with My SG the way it was before? Nothin', that's what...
And now it's all screwed up

Anyone who would like to add email to the ways to keep in touch with me, just PM me yours and I'll send mine back

Movies I remember seeing on TCM lately:

Bonnie & Clyde--pretty sure I didn't like it. There was really nothing sympathetic about any of the characters. Probably could've used more Gene Wilder too

In the Heat of the Night: Finally caught this when they were showing it. Pretty good and I imagine it made a pretty big impact back when it came out. Especially that great slap.

Harvey--I think there was a bit in a Looney Toons 'toon about this movie.. Jimmy Stewart and his invisible rabbit friend. Fun, heartwarming, and was kind of cool when they revealed what the deal with Harvey was

Recent rentals:

Chinatown--Really good movie. Great, fairly bleak noir detective story. Was a trip though watching the special features after seeing the movie...Jack Nicholson then vs. Jack more recently.

Touch of Evil--I think I have to watch this again since I had other stuff on my mind when I did the first time. More noir...Orson Welles with some more stylish directing. Charlton Heston playing a Mexican cop (huh?)

At the theater:

Burn After Reading--Pretty good. Depressing and funny and bleak all at the same time...Coen Bros., of course

RockNRolla--'bout time Guy Ritchie made another movie. More fun and hilarity and violence in the London underworld smile

Next time..uuh...hopefully a more aggressive job hunt will bear some fruit....

Thanks. biggrin

I liked Bonnie and Clyde... though on a similar note, I prefered Natural Born Killers.
