Well, saw Spider-Man 3 a couple hours ago (is it 3am already?)
And...it wasn't bad. It didn't live up to the coolness of the previews, and it wasn't as good as the second one, but, all in all, it wasn't bad.
...really don't feel like nerding out and picking it apart right now, though.
But, if other people have thoughts, feel free to share.
Also read through the threads in the comics and film groups, and, really...what I could say about it, a lot of people have already said.
Bruce Campbell, though...he's probably a god.
In the boards it was suggested he'd be a good choice for Mysterio if anymore movies are made and I think he'd be an excellent choice.
...wow...dammit..I could keep going about the movie...
CD Exchange was lotsa fun, as usual.
Anime Central next weekend. Looking forward to that.
And hey, only two more weeks of school to go before the semester ends.
Then..one more year.
I'm pretty sure I want to take a trip somewhere next summer. Any suggestions?
Now I've got a bunch of CDs I'm looking forward to listening to..and a bunch of homework that isn't all bad, except for a paper or two. For some reason, when I first think of it, I find the research and then organizing it all kind of daunting. I enjoy reading, I like finding out about new stuff, but trying to come up with a thesis and put it into a paper? ...my brain doesn't always work so well that way. If you want me analyze an aspect of a movie or a book or whatever, I'm good. But research papers? Ack!
So, in conclusion: Spidey 3....not bad. And the preview for Pirates 3 reminds me I need to rent and see 2.
...that and..this nerd is looking forward to the last Harry Potter book, dammit.
