So, does anyone know how I can delete bookmarks on here?
I got a little over zealous when I first joined...
Yesterday was pretty good. Gorgeous day out, museum , dinner, and chilling with Oxalis
Forgot how much there was to see in the Field Museum...and then they closed and kicked everyone out. But, it looked like they were setting up for some sort of shindig when we left.
After that, went over to the celebration for Ophelia and her getting to stay in the US. Not the usual SG crew there I hang out with, but would be cool to get to know everyone better (though, Apexxx did show up a little later)
I fear the rest of my weekend will be filled with work and homework. Wish I wasn't missing the CD exchange tonight
Ah well, there's the usual gathering tomorrow night...and, if I get things done, Delilah's on Monday

.. well, the book I read, was a comedy on the surface. it was sweet, and romantic and funny. but there were many darker storylines interweaved with the light hearted parts.
Many a political undertone, or comment on society, but written in a way, that if you didn't want to pick up on it.. you didn't have too. you could read it and it would be enjoyable whether you thought about it or not.
but if you tried to think about it, it was actually incredibly thought provoking
