Ideally, we are moving soon to an amazing little two bedroom just out of town. There are clotheslines on the back porch, oh and a FIREPLACE too. It is small, and we will have to rent appliances, but it is a good price, has a yard (!!!!) and an out-building/shop dealy I can turn into a studio (quietly, because we are renting).
We should be talking to the lady who is renting it soon. I don't want to be overconfident, but I think we have a good chance of getting it, there is no other intrest from anyone else. All we have to do is sell ourselves and reassure the landlord that a couple and their friend can live in a two-bedroom house and not kill each other.
