It sound slike people are playing Marco-Polo outside...in the street. Ah, friday nights.

Anyhow, the CEO is visiting our plant on thursday next week and my more immediate bosses have suggested we wear clothes to match our project. For instance, those working on the same machine as I are supposed to wear black and white, because the copier prints in monochrome. Yeah, somebody probably spent hundreds of company time thinking that one up. Nice. Meanwhile, someone in our group got laid off today due to "budget cuts". I don't know. I've never heard of only one person being laid off due to budget cuts anywhere. So either they gave her a BS answer or I should fear fo rmy job in the coming weeks. Fun.

Claire's been away for a week and I'm goign to try to surprise her by planting a garden before she comes back. ALl of the weeding and brick trim is done. I just have to actually plant the flowers. Let's hope the weather is cooperative tomorrow. I may post pictures if I get a chance.
