Well a lot of different shit really. It was all kind of an evolution in figuring it out really and going through periods where I wasn't doing quite as healthy ways as I should have been.
Anyhow for one I take a diet pill called hydroxycut that you can get from GNC. It helps you when you do exercise to burn fat and calories faster. I also bike 8 miles a day, I use a sauna twice a day, and I consume under 1000 calories a day. Part of it is a lot of water and never eating to capacity as well. I run on a pretty tight schedule with my eating and exercising and sauna time as well so it gets easier to track all of it. You just got to also watch your calories and pay attention and not give in to cravings and such. It takes a lot of discipline let me tell you. It does become easier after time though at least I can say.

I see the new site format is finally running for everyone. I'm reading lots of negative things about it. I think that's mostly because on the average people fear change.
