I have a house guest.

AceT has been staying with me since he got back in town on Friday. Not that I've seen much of him. He's one hell of a social guy. Since he's been back in Portland he's traveled to Seattle, visited with several friends, seen two movies and today is checking out 3 different places to live.

We joked that he's done more in the few days he's been back then I've done in 6 months!

Today I spent the morning doing my weekly food prep. This week's food is all about not cooking too much! It's just been so hot. So I made some of the usual, salsa and seasoned tofu for scramble plus some "not tuna" salad for sandwiches, cole slaw and potato salad for side dishes. I made some vegan Nuoc Nam oh and some sun dried tomato hummus using the tomato that I dried last month. Terribly exciting yes?

I've a few projects I'm hoping to finish this week. Plus hopefully see a movie or two. And take out my poor neglected camera and put it to good use.

Life is good and I'm happy with that.
