lots of stuff goin on... school, work, painting murals, getting ready for an art show in a week, and crafting for a night market next month. it's strange... i dont feel busy. i feel like i've been smoking hash and sitting on my ass a bunch.
school is pretty fun. i'm taking a cultural theory class and reading some interesting stuff. i feel like my brain is getting a workout. how much i really buy into any of the theories is another matter. i think freud is full of shit most of the time. i did enjoy his investigation into the "Uncanny". however, his fear of castration somehow made its way into the text. GET OVER IT FREUD. your penis is NOT going to fall off... but you're dead now anyway.
so yeah, art show at antisocial on the 16th. should be a fun time. i've been doing water colours and its great.... baby animals with saddles.
i really think i'll end up doing art for kids. i relate to the little ones.
