i made curtains! and a shoulder bag... all on a sewing machine! i havent used one since highschool. our teacher was scary and really turned me off home economics. i've missed out. now i want to sew everything!
other big news... i finally had some friends over to jam. it was so great. i played the drums a little then switched to xylophone. i wish i wasn't so bogged down with school work... i want to play music all the time!
yes school. emily carr is finally challenging me. i mean, there have been hard projects in the past but now i'm taking two academic courses and my brain is hurting. Contemporary Design Theory. argh.
on the up side i'm doing a semester long project on cob homes. if you've never heard of em' you should check them out. their "earth homes" you can build yourself and they look amazing!
