Day 3: Eight things that annoy you.

1. Customers in general.
2. Let me be more specific: Customers waiting outside ten minutes before you open banging on the window/door, yelling at you only to have you tell them "We'll be open in 10 minutes", to have them huff and stand there staring at you until you are actually open.
3. Customers who blame you for something that is indeed their fault and then refuse to pay late fees, and yell at you. Usually in this case they claim the movies were not late, when they definitely were; or that they only just received there letter because we did not have their correct address. If we do not have their correct address, it is because they have not updated their address with us, which in turn is their fault! That, or they claim that they specifically remember returning the movie on time, even though it was several years ago. Bull. Fucking. Shit. I don't remember what I had for breakfast a week ago, I highly doubt they would remember returning dvds several years ago.
4. Customers refusing to pay late fees because they just plain don't want to and make up any ridiculous excuse they can.
5. Basically, I just plain dislike customer service, not in general, mostly it is late fees that anger me. I cannot fathom how people can get so pissed off about late fees when it is common knowledge that if you cannot return something on time you will be fined.
6. Getting sick so often, seriously. My immune system is terrible. I'm sick almost once a month.
7. Children. Sometimes fun, sometimes not.
8.A certain person I work with.
So from that it basically seems that work annoys me more than anything, and it's true it does.
I cannot wait for another two years or so. Once I am out of debt, I'll be able to work part-time instead and go to uni full-time. I'd like to have more free time. I do have a lot of free time, but it's mostly of a night.
There is not much to do here of a night without being a raging alcoholic.
I would very much like to get another tattoo before Europe. I'm unsure if I'll have time as is Europe less than a month away, I'd like to get one before I go and whilst I am there. We shall see. I have so many tattoos planned, it's just a matter of time and money really. Speaking of Europe. YAY! I cannot wait, first trip overseas, first big holiday with the mister, also first holiday I've had from work for over a year.
I really need the break.
I've come to realise that most of the people who have friended me on here, have not even talked to me once.
This should be rectified, is it because you are all shy or because you are all friend collectors?
