Life is pretty shitty right about now.
Things keep piling up, and no one seems to realize that I can't take much more, you know? I was so excited to go see the musical "Chicago" tonight, but i have class, and I can't miss another class or I lose 15% of my grade. So I'm going to try to leave early, but we'll see how that works out.
I'm going to the city Chicago on Friday, staying overnight. This was supposed to be just a short little mini vacation, (we're going to see billy corgan). Turns out, the 100 dollar hotel room is actually 160, due to outrageous sales tax, valet parking, and other misc. charges.
I owe $800 in tuition that i can't pay.
That $800 is going towards classes i can't seem to get myself motivated to go to. I've been so sick lately, i had a bad cold, then i fucked my back up from coughing (i have a bad back to begin with, then i strained a muscle coughing), so it hurts to move, to sit to stand. my legs go numb! And now, to top it all off, I have an ear infection.
So now I have to go crawling to my professors to see if they will work something out so i can finish out the semester.
And I have a million and one things to do.
Somehow, it doesn't sound so bad to write it all out. huh. go figure.

My boss is a cool guy, i like working for him. But, he hired me to do graphic design, and all the projects that i've been working on, he micromanages and pretty much ends up designing them himself. and they...aren't good. he made me do links on a print project that were BRIGHT BLUE and UNDERLINED. he said it made people know they were links. Oh, the www and .com didn't give it away? it's so frustrating. he keeps saying that his clients are "simple people". does that mean the design has to look like crap? I can understand wanting something simple, but why not let me design something simple, instead of standing over my shoulder the whole time?
arg.

I love people that have 'discussions' with me. it kickstarts my brain. i need that. often.

I watched X-Men 2 last night. how i love those movies. I wish they made a million of them. I also finished the first season of the sopranos. I love that damn show. Me and a friend are going halfsies on the rest of the seasons whenever we get the money for it (which at this point might not be for a long long time).
anyway, enough rambling. (anyone here remember when my SG name was rambles?)
