I've been in a fantabulous mood lately, though i can't really pinpoint why. probably because stress is minimal right now, and i've been working on the self improvement stuff from new year's resolutions. how long THAT will last, i have no idea.

I"m also expanding my musical horizons, which is always a good thing. Jazz history class is incredibly interesting, I never realized just how much I enjoy jazz. huh, go figure. I'm going to take a page out of Trilobyte's book and ask you to post five random songs from your MP3 player...help me expand those horizons!

and i've been doing yoga. i never realized how much yoga really honestly helps your mental wellbeing as well as the physical. i'm going to be doing a detox soon, as well. wish me luck...
