well what a good weekend.
Friday I went down to the trolley stop to see my buddies band Thrust play. I was happy when they played lot's of cow bell. Or yea some dumbass managed to put his head through the door window, needless to say lot's of blood and lot's of girls getting sick.
Saturday i went to dinner my family before they left for South Carolina. I then headed over to the pirates vs ninja's party. Good times lots of drunk shenneigans were had. At some point in the nigt i decided I was a real ninja and disappeared into the forest....in my head i thought i would try to jump someone and steal their beer....well that didn't work out how i wanted and i and up passing out in a ditch only to be found by dan as the cops showed up.
Sunday I had another going away party for my buddy Tex. Open bar with a free keg and three bottles of wine. Needless to say Tex and i were the only ones drinking the wine....I got pretty hammered pretty damn quickly. When then went out to his truck with a few others where we had a tailgate party and shotguned a few beers. Good times all around.
Today monday i've done nothing but sleep, and watched some tv.....a nice relaxing day.
well other then that i think i'm off to watch some tv after a shower and attempt to fix my air con.

There are a lot of things I haven't tried, but a lot of what I have are Native American. Especially practices which should help block pain, including meditation and visualization.
