Revelations
I was sitting at work, minding my own business, and one of my feet become itch. I kicked of my shoe, and gave it well deserved scratch with my other foot. Feeling all free and easy, I kicked off my other shoe and decided to walk around in my socks.
About 15 minutes later, I walked over to N's desk to discuss some work related things. He looks down at my feet and says:
'Hey, why'd you take off your shoe- holy shit, look at your feet! They're TINY! You're taller than me, your feet should be bigger than mine'
Not believing him, he took off his shoes for a comparison. H overheard us, and he took of his shoes to join in the fun.
Sure enough, my feet were significatly smaller than both N and H's. I went around to all my coworkers, and got them to compare their feet to mine.
The results were grim. My feet didn't come anywhere close to the size of most ofthe guys I work with. I also received several more comments along the lines of 'your feet are tiny!' and 'you have girls feet!'.
So when people ask me what I did at work today, I can tell them:
'Today I discovered I have tiny, girl-like feet'.
