Have a street/street jazz dance class two days in a row(is like what you see in music videos).On tuesday she worked us REALLY hard during the dance warmup..You'd think it being christmas and all she'd ease off a little,but she worked us even harder!I don't mind the warmup now..It's a challenge.I thought all that stuff they told you about how keep fit is fun was lies,but it can be fun if you smuggle it in.I started excericising at home too early this year.
If I didn't live in the middle of nowhere i'd go to dance classes five times a week.It's addictive.
Would love to do a class on the history of different types of dance...all that stuff is fascinating to me.
