the holidays are coming up very fast! So just curious what is the best gift for significant others? I would love to hear what people would like to receive as well from there other half as well!

In general: I love to get concert- or theatre tickets. No ticket-giftcards, but actual tickets. Where you (fi :) ) can choose where to take me too. A good bottle of wine is always a great idea to get from people I'm not too familiar with. And for the upcoming holidays, I hope to get something useful for my upcoming trip to brasil. A trainticket here or there; a stay in a nice hotel or I don't know what. The sky is the limit. Other stuff I always appreciate: good (but again: good!) perfum. A cool t-shirt (you can choose yourself. This option is not open for my granny. She's not allowed to buy me a shirt or perfum. Actually, she wanted to give me a bottle, a liter, of eau de cologne 4711...)

so I have been working out, what is your routine in the morning? Or what is your favorite excerise? Anyone know a good protein shake?

Don't forget that fruit contains sugar. If you're trying to get leaner, I'd eat fruit in moderation. What you should increase is vegetable intake instead. Also, how many grams of protein are you eating each day (approximately)?

I went back to school :) (since about three weeks, and for the next few months). So today was all about languages... German :) Tomorrow will be a day with an awful lot of English. So as you see, I'm already practicing. SG is my homework :p ** And the neighbours. KILL THEM WITH FIRE!!!!

looking through tattoo designs to get me inspired and I always end up making myself SO excited like I wonder why I get so excited! I am looking at desgins to make my own and blend ideas for what I like in a tattoo which means I get to draw! Sweet

Okay I asked before but maybe I should have been clear, I am getting a new color and cut but I'd like suggestions. I can't do anything too crazy like colors of the rainbow or shave parts of my head. I have a job that doesn't allow me to.
