so I have been working out, what is your routine in the morning? Or what is your favorite excerise? Anyone know a good protein shake?

Don't forget that fruit contains sugar. If you're trying to get leaner, I'd eat fruit in moderation. What you should increase is vegetable intake instead. Also, how many grams of protein are you eating each day (approximately)?
