I went running tonight for the first time in months, along the beach, barefoot in the sand.

I've finished my exams now and i'm all set to go to france for the weekend...then home...

I keep having the strangest dreams. I'll wake up and I won't know where I am, whether I'm in England or I'm in Spain. I dreamt last night that Valencia was flooding and I just sat and watched from my window as people got washed away because I was trapped in my flat, and they couldn't see me anyway, I woke up feeling so disorientated.

Still, standing with your feet in the sea washes away most stress.
