Chanel, I came across her a while back before i got my side piece done. and then i randomly found her again so she's in my faves, because she has writing all down her side...hot...
sometimes i catch rob kind of caressing, if you will, that spot. he really likes that tatty. not so thrilled about the other one. he's says it's too bad it's on me, cuz it's permanent. man i hate it when he talks about my dove or his misgivings towards it.
still means alot to me, still a good piece. i got it when there was a two month wait for the artist. now there's a year and a half, he's very talented. I just didn't know he was doing as much as he was doing on my back. the stencil only had the dove. he freehanded the rest, so yeah i give him kudos for that. it's good. didn't mean i wanted it.
people have trouble seeing the dove's face, and think it's faded. it's called "shaded" lol. you tatty noobs. i want to get solid outline now, but am waiting as it is on my back for forever, i see no rush.
and i'm waiting on the fern idea. it will be on my hip, and while it will look hot, very hot cuz i mocked it up on myself in pen, it probably won't when i have kids and stretch marks... maybe after the NZ trip. the family over there is very straight, or religious, if you will. two tattys and a piercing will already be shocking enough. especially when the last time they saw me was when i was 8. and some not at all.
anywho, the rents are home, i feel better, back to my bed and there's nothing as good as sleeping in your own bed again. the cleaning is coming along. my focus is back to my room and i have all week as my next group sess is only tomorrow for 2 1/2 hrs, they slowly build up to fulltime. which is nice.
hooray. things to look forward to now that work is OVERRRR!!! ahhhhh
that said, since i went on a lil' shopping spree sunday (couldn't resist, smack me i have ten purses/bags now) I enquired at Chapters about parttime work. I need to have availability for 20 hrs, but will probably get less. which is fine by me! I just have to keep doing things cuz peeps aren't around during the day. Once the cold really hits, i will be absolutely stir crazy. So Chapters may be next on my resume. they're hiring.
Oh, for you Americans, i know we ran into this prob. before, it's a huge bookstore chain with starbucks in it. you have the same, it just goes by a different name. owned by the same ppl though, they just like to act like they aren't completely homogenized.
And, the girl I talked to at Chapters was so nice. I am such a girly-girl. I still like teddybears, stuffed cats and dogs. So I also couldn't resist this uber soft bear. She told me it came up under the description at the cash as "Kinda Big Creamy Bear". Hahahahaha. that name's sticking. We were laughing and i was in a good mood with my purchases, even if it's just instant gratification.
I don't mind being instantly gratified!
