Ya...I just found out my heart rate at "resting", on a day i don't feel stressed at all, is twenty beats over what it should be per min (92) . And my blood pressure, which used to be perfect, is bad too. But I'm going to the gym four times a week now and I have a personal trainer and I'm going to make some lifestyle changes cuz attacking the stress with meds just hasn't worked out. I can't function anymore. I'm just exhausted, edgey...blah. This all happened for one reason and continues on now out of control. I just didn't do enough for myself for a long long time and then had three really horrible years. I don't know what to do to recover or fix things, even though I know what's wrong and what caused it. Frustrating!

But I'm just so excited to get active and in three months I'll be in awesome shape if I stay motivated.

Haha my ex found out what I'm up to and now he's bitching cuz he feels he needs to start going too. He tried to sabotage my stuff with pizza...and I caved. Grrr. It was good tho. He said it was the last time. He's always trying to feed me.

Mmmm. I'll write good stuff when I feel good again. Hopefully that's soon.
