With holiday weekends and such can anyone explain the rational behind driving 1/2 the speed limit. So many times I see people drunk doing this on the highway. Do these people not get driving that way draws attention to themselves! I passed 4 cars in a 20 mile stretch at 10pm local time doing this and I just had to laugh to myself. I wonder if any of them got pulled over for going to slow and then busted for DWI.

When I drive past an accident [whatever the cause] I think, they must have hoped they would get away with it this one time. I'm glad we have the police to stop them.

Yes I agree! Now I do not care if people drink just be smart be in a group and one person stay sober. Then rotate who is going to be the safe driver! That or have a house party and let people just pass out there and sleep it off! Be smart do not kill yourself, your friends, or someone else and end up in jail and have to live with that on your mind the rest of your life YOU DID THAT! I have seen it happen to many times during my life time.
