I got back from Chicago yesterday... It was properly awesome and I'd quite happily rather still be there than back here... But I managed to get some new snowboarding goggles for about $50, and Jolly Ranchers which are no longer sold in England (BASTARDS!), a couple of Sealab 2021 dvds (which also are unavailable here) and a bottle of George Dickel, which is the best whisky ever, and also virtually impossible to get hold of in Blighty...

Apparently Johnny Depp was filming something outside/around our hotel the whole week... Never saw him...

The flight on the way back took off with an amazing sunset, then I watched it rise a few hours later over Greenland... Shame I always seem to get sat behind douchebags on flights...

JOLLY RANCHERS! I used to be addicted to them as a kid. You know they sell them in a sweet shop called cyber candy in covent garden....I KNOW. I bought like 10 packs.

Wouldn't it be cool if they sold that kind of thing at Asda. Fruit, Veg, Beans... oh, we need some new nipple clamps. biggrin Just to see the faces of the old folks walking past them would be classic.

Glad you had a good time. I always get sat next to annoying kids on flights, I suppose that's what I get for bringing them into the world. biggrin
