so i quit smoking today. i've gone all day without one puff. with the help of my good friend the patch. man, i don't drink, do drugs, or smoke anymore. maybe i should get some x's tattooed on my forehead or something.

i feel alot better today.

this is my first entry...nothing really exciting to report. just got back from canada. it kinda sucked. minus the kinda.
