ok...i've been bad bad bad with my updates...summer hit and I seem to have gotten very busy

we met with the lawyer last week about the adoption stuff...she got some of our info...and basically said we wait till the baby comes...and warned us that the lady could back out it till she actually signs the adoption papers...so I guess we just sit and wait and hope for the best

we bought one of those soft pools last weekend...it's 15 feet diameter and 3.5 feet deep...just big enough for swimming on those hot and lazy summer days...but when we set it up, we realized our lawn was just a little too sloped...so now we're undergoing a little landscaping in our backyard in order to smooth it out around where the pool will go...that's gonna be fun /sarcasm

we've got friends in town for the summer that we're gonna go meet tonight for drinks...and then we're going to OKC on Saturday to meet some friends I met online (and see The Hulk...w00t!!)

so busy busy busy...but I will try and make it back here as much as i can
