Did you know that May is Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month? AAPI Heritage month celebrates Asians and Pacific Islanders in the United States. May was chosen to commemorate the completion of the transcontinental railroad on May 10, 1869 and the first Japanese immigrants May 7, 1843.
