I helped edit this super Kindle short. It's a great political sci fi piece with tons of tone and nuanced subtext, by C Z Hazard, author of some of my favourite fiction, including killer satire, Not In The Eye.

This poignant story is pleasantly reminiscent of golden age sci fi, with sensibilities updated to reflect our times. Imagine Ray Bradbury filtered through Aaron Sorkin.
